“I Remember Dreaming” is a catalogue of the history of my dreams (from 1995-2008) I am attempting to merge the experience of dreaming with waking reality. What is represented is a non-conclusive inquiry of my dream vocabulary. The stories become pattern and pattern illuminates discovery. By bringing the dream to the physical surface, I am making the unconscious contents of my mind visible and my psychology transparent.

I want the viewer to embrace and recognize the importance of the individualized language of dreams as an expression of the unconscious and to reflect upon its role as a valuable experience. The end desire is a reconsideration of what determines the boundaries between the lived memory and the dreaming memory.
